The light from days past

All of the following photographs are from an album I thought I had accidentally deleted in a major file transfer I did when I bought my 1TB hard-drive. They are from 2009, the first year Tim and I were here. Was quite a surprise to find on my old Lacie drive.

So there was all kinds of examples of light that first year, sunlight, fire light, and stage light.

Lots of bonfires
Lots of bonfires at sunset
Lots of beautiful sunsets
… and there were some beautiful sunsets
Lots of fishing at sunset.
and of course fishing at sunset.
Lightening struck this tree on the other side of the lake. We seen the flash over the other side of the lake the night before, so went out in the paddle boat to check it out the next day.

  1. So much beauty. So many poignant stories around these photographs. You and Tim were blessed to have lived in paradise. {{{Hugs}}} Kozo

    1. Yes we were. I realize I am rich with both memories and gigabytes of photographs … whew.

BTW…I’m going to delete and re-load the photos over on my ‘through a lens only’ site…at some point. Not sure when that points going to be though…;-)

And if I don’t connect up over the next week…have a Happy Holiday and a right Jolly New Year

      1. Same to you, Paula. If you need one in the next few days, here is an extra {{{Hug}}}. Hope to see you at C4C. Can’t wait to see what 2013 brings us. Hopefully, more peace, more joy, and more equanimity. Love, Kozo
