If inquiring minds really want to know: 5 THINGS ABOUT ME

  1. Thank you so much Paula for the shout out. It is wonderful receiving recognition, especially from another blogger’s whose work I too admire! And I must admit, I am SO glad to read of others, I don’t know, discomfort (?) about blog awards. It is so nice to honor someone with the nod and I am all for putting the spotlight on those I like, but still I struggle with it as well. You have however encouraged me to work out once and for all my blog award philosophy and soon I hope to have a post with what I think, very much like your post, will bring me some blog award peace, Again, thank you so much! Gratefully, Charlotte :-)

    1. You are more than welcome.

I figured rules, I don’t need to follow no stinkin’ rules…has this 4 years with Tim taught me nothing? What they going to do? Call the awards police :)

  2. Congrats, Paula for being nominated for the Awards. Thank you very much for nominating me and I gladly accept. Do these awards come with responsibilities? What do I do next? I keep on following your Blog, joining the Temenos and I am enjoying it.

    1. Your welcome…you can do what ever you like. You can post one of them on your page with your other widgets and nominate a bunch of other bloggers or you can do nothing. I just sort of took my cues from the bloggers who nominated me…little of what this person said, little of that. It can be as complicated or as simple as you like. I guess the only “rule” I actually followed (kind of) is in the telling of 5 things about yourself.

  3. Congrats, Paula. I’m so glad you nominated the Happy Hugger and The Seeker because they were two bloggers who I forgot to nominate on my awards page.

    1. :) one of the reasons I hesitated is HOW do you nominiate just SOME of the bloggers you enjoy?

ALSO INFP was doublely awarded…by you and by me…;-)…I suppose than that gives one the opportunity to nominate MORE bloggers you LOVE…

  4. Paula,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful kindness. I have enjoyed reading your work and your story continues to touch me each time I do. I also would like to compliment you on how you approached the receiving and giving of the nominations – I have struggled with it myself, and you have provided a wonderful lesson for me here.

    Blessings & Be well~

    1. You are very welcome. I really enjoy your blog…I am inspired. With the awards, I took a long time to come around, but I realized that there are those now who I would like to acknowledge, who’s blogs I want others to read. Also…I found a format that worked for me. AND of course, I can now think of so many others I should have included…your mind for some reason goes blank I guess….
