Oh how I love turtles! And how badly I feel when I go by them and they instantly pop back in the water. As I am paddling and I see them so content sunning themselves, I will say out loud, “It’s okay, you don’t have to move.” Yet they always do. Shame that.

I know…they can be so skittish. This little group had not a care in the world though, as I was walking along the path on the shore, and they seemed completely oblivious to me. They’ve been there every day I’ve been by this spot, chillaxing away in the sunshine :-)
