Tis been a year now since Irish and I gained our independence. I’ve taken her to all my old haunts. All the meadows and forest trails I once knew intimately, and matured parks I scarcely recognize now.

Our adventures have meandered, as we stopped to admire and take in that which surrounds us, each in our own way.

We are becoming a team, her and I, as we venture forth…down paths I have known, and some we have discovered together.
