What is inspiration? Where is its source? How does it find us? Perhaps, like some personal Genie, or a Guardian of your creativity, it steps in and hands you that which you most desire… the muse.
That which sparks off a hundred tiny candles, strung together like old-fashioned Christmas lights, these letters I write to you Mom, they focus my intent, trim the tail of the tale, and bring out of me these simple truths, you know, the one’s life sometimes knocks aside.
This month I’ve finally found a way through the entanglements, and I may now casually stroll through the memories, of you and of it ALL. Tis like waking up on a new spring day, with the fresh breezes swirling in to greet you. I inhale, and for the first time in forever, I sigh and know I’ve finally found the conduit.
Always,
Paula
