Hey, hi, long time no read anything from me, eh? Well, this that and the other has blocked me. The words were there, but they felt wrong, ideas swirling and whirling, but all falling flat. Yet, funny how things work out. Not funny haha, but more funny… um… well… not actually funny at all I guess. But, the orange turd down yonder is inspiring me. Well, I got to put all this crap flying around in my heart and mind SOMEWHERE.

I have been busy. Still working away at my little Etsy boutique – temenosgrove.etsy.com. For example, after the inauguration, I decided to start creating LGBTQ2S+ gothic vampires – gay ones, lesbian ones, and even trans vampires. It brings me joy to create something unique, to normalize what the right Christo-fascist establishment in the U.S. has decided is the cause of all that’s wrong with… well… their crappy little lives.

They say under authoritarian regimes, ones best plan, both in how you can contribute to change whilst keeping ones sanity, is to concentrate on a particular cause that is close to your heart. LGBTQ2S+, in the U.S., their very existence is being attacked.

Having waltzed rather hesitantly with my own asexuality, and being adverse to the status quo, I admire those who have the strength and courage to unwaveringly refuse to bend to the mob who tries to make us all the same.

So, there you go. I’ve always been different; mom said I was a little fae, which is why I love creating fantasy creatures. I suppose that makes me a solitary fae, which I’ve read can be the most dangerous kind. 😏

Over the years, I tried to partner with others, but since I stopped trying about a decade ago, I feel much more at peace. I mean, I have like zero sexual drive, have zero interest in sharing space with either a man or a woman. I have always had a very low libido. I have found strength and even happiness in my solitude, which I now see as a gift. When I stopped trying to meet others’ expectations and let go of my worries, everything changed.

Honestly, not so long ago, it was like breaking through this barrier I didn’t even know I had surrounded myself with.

Now, I still struggle with it, still feels weird writing it out… I AM A S E X U A L.

But I digress.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have been in a kind of almost daze. Daily there are incidents that in the past would have brought down every other single President of the United States. DAILY.

Legacy media and cable news have let us down. We see the richest man and his billionaire allies taking control, while accidents like helicopters crashing into passenger jets happen, leading to immense loss. Meanwhile, the leader of the free world points fingers at diversity. It’s hard to accept, but America has become authoritarian, and things are likely to get much worse.

Who will stand against all that?

It’s alot.

You know, I wrote my little heart out during his last administration, and who knows if it made any difference to the situation at large (spitting into the wind?), but it made a difference to my fuckin’ mental health.

Now, wooooohee… the hate, misogyny, racism, and complete and total indifference to anything but their “anti-woke” agenda, Project 2025 is in play.

What is PROJECT 2025 you may ask?

Project 2025, also known as the 2025 Presidential Transition Project, is a comprehensive policy blueprint published by the conservative think tank, the Heritage Foundation, in April 2023[MSN]. The project aims to reshape the federal government under a conservative president, with a focus on reducing the size and scope of government, enhancing executive power, and promoting conservative values.

This would allow for the replacement of existing personnel with individuals loyal to the president.

There is a part of me that refused to believe they would vote him in again. I just didn’t think they’d be that… or as many of them… would be… naive? Stupid seems a bit harsh, but… anywho.

I’m just going to write about whatever. Just as in the old days. Just as I always had, just for me.
