Carefree Doggy

I don’t often let Irish off leash, since she has proven in the past to be rather deaf when I call her back. I took a chance yesterday, and she has learned to listen…plus she LOVES this spot and I know that soon enough we’ll be in the city and she won’t have access to such a beautiful and secluded spot. It’s a huge open meadow I’ve photographed before, filled with wildflowers and grasses. I haven’t been there in a while, and we had a wonderful time together. She came back when I called her, all happy and panting. I’m going to go back someday after work this week, and again let her doggy, carefree spirit run wild and free.
